About us

Supporting healthcare organisations to achieve their strategic and commercial objectives

We have a team of associates who each have a combination of consultancy experience and leadership roles.

We work with clients to define their objectives, to consider the gaps (knowledge, experience, capability and capacity) which they need to fill to achieve these objectives, and then propose a package of support to fill these gaps. We work flexibly and are used to adapting rapidly to changing objectives and environments.

Our approach

Each assignment is unique.

Our approach is consultative – we focus on building long-term relationships with healthcare clients by acting as an extension of their management team.

From the outset, we make it a priority to understand where you are now, what your objectives are, and what capacity and capability gaps you need to fill. By understanding this, we can identify how best to work with you to support you in achieving your goals.

We describe this as a ‘pull model’ where we bring the support needed to achieve your goals, and contrast this with the ‘push model’ used by some to push whatever free resources they have onto billable projects.

Assignments may start with facilitated workshops, or traditional strategy consulting market analyses. They may involve a range of activities including:

  • Market engagement exercises
  • Interim strategy and business development roles;
  • Leading commercial negotiations
  • Coordinating other advisers/ specialists (eg legal, funding property)
  • Coaching your existing staff
  • Identifying additional resources
  • Developing detailed models
  • Analysing competitors
  • Detailed customer interviews and analysis

Our goal is your success, and we will provide whatever support is needed to achieve that.

We are completely flexible to your needs and work with clients on a short to long-term basis.
